Classes with Ava are about more than just learning the combo. Warm up techniques target specific muscle groups needed to execute the choreography. Improvisation is used as a meditative tool to create presence and challenge. Open discussion and reflection is welcome at all times. The goal in Ava’s classes are to create an environment where artists feel comfortable enough to take risk, but challenged enough to see growth.
