Ava Chappell is a movement artist currently based in Central Florida. She is a resident teacher and choreographer at The Legacy Dance Studio, as well as a frequent instructor at various studios in Orlando, including Underground Movement. Her latest work can be seen in Lukas Mcfarlane's "A Love Story", a film produced and performed in Southern France. She was recently a part of Jacksonville’s Women’s Arts Exchange as well as a guest performer with New Era Dance Company in Hit The Floor’s All Star Showcase in Saint-Hyacinthe, Quebec. Her style of movement is derived predominantly from improvisation and inner exploration. Ava believes that movement is a reflection of an individual's deepest life experiences. She prioritizes a safe and uplifting environment in all of her classes.
